Civil Engineering
Our Engineering Professionals provide functional, efficient, and cost-effective solutions using sustainable design practices. We transform land into viable projects, creating a responsible fit between physical footprint constraints, public expectations, fiscal requirements, and environmental considerations. From horizontal to vertical design DAVID has the resources and expertise to deliver all project objectives.
Construction Management
We specialize in offering optimal and systematic construction management solutions for our clients. Our objective is to deliver the project goals and objectives on schedule by foreseeing and minimizing potential impacts to project delivery goals. Whether Construction Manager At-Risk or Construction Management-Agency, David can serve either as the guarantor of the project's schedule and budget or as the exclusive Owner's representative.
